High-Speed Pneumatic Clamping Head Chuck
The High-Speed Pneumatic Clamping Head Chuck (JAB-SK) is a pneumatic collet chuck for fast, repeated external clamping with SK rubber-flex clamping heads. The series uses pull-back clamping and includes SK32, SK42, SK52 and SK65 configurations for different gripping diameters and machine layouts.
How It Works
Compressed air moves the piston and operates the matched clamping head. The head grips the workpiece outside diameter through its steel segments. Select the chuck from both the mounting dimensions and the required gripping range; the SK head and the complete chuck are matched components.
Selection should confirm the chuck model, collet type, clamping range, piston stroke, clamping stroke, pressure, clamping torque, maximum speed and machine interface.
